How far ahead do I book?
At least 7 days: we confirm partner stops and prepare your goodies fresh for every hunt.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free 3+ days before your adventure. Inside 3 days there's no refund (goodies are ordered and partners committed) but weather cancellations always move to a new date instead.
What if it rains?
Free reschedule, switch to a covered finish, or push on rain-or-shine. The Pedal & Picnic has a built-in car option for wet days.
What do we bring?
A cooler bag or basket for your goodies, a picnic rug, water and comfy shoes. The rest is our job.
Dietaries?
Captured at booking: gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and nut allergies all catered with notice. Serious allergies: we confirm ingredients with partners in writing.
Can kids do it?
Absolutely: the Town Stroll has a gentle kids version (Little Explorer passport) alongside the adult puzzles.
Do we need a car?
Only for the drive trails, and those need a designated driver; tastings are saved for the picnic finish.
How many people?
Prices cover 2 guests. Extra guests +$79pp on walking/cycle trails, +$99pp on drive trails; groups up to 12 per booking.
Printed pack or app?
Your choice at booking. The app needs no download, just a link and your access code, and includes audio narration, hints and a WhatsApp help line.
